Scope of Work:

• Execution of Passive Fire Protection (PFP) and Fireproofing Painting works for critical process and structural steel facilities.
• Surface preparation and inspection in accordance with project specifications.
• Application of epoxy intumescent fireproofing coating systems.
• Quality control and coating inspection throughout all stages of application.
• Compliance with manufacturer requirements and international fire protection standards.
• Utilization of specialized plural-component spray equipment, including the WIWA DUOMIX 333 PFP ATEX system.
• Deployment of qualified and manufacturer-approved fireproofing applicators, supervisors, and painting personnel.

TRUST successfully executed the installation of a new 12" HDPE underground effluent water pipeline extending approximately 1.3 km from the Storm Catch Pond (SCP) to the Damietta Port Authority (DPA) basin, within the Methanex plant premises. The scope included trenching & excavation, HDPE butt fusion & electrofusion connections, above-ground carbon steel piping, control valve relocation, jetty area offshore works, and full site restoration.

The project was executed in compliance with international standards (ASME B31.3, ASTM D2774, AWWA M55) and strict HSE requirements, achieving over 70% completion with zero safety incidents. This project reflects TRUST's capability in delivering complex underground piping and offshore tie-in works within operational industrial facilities.

• TRUST had been assigned as a competent and experienced contractor for planning and executing the mechanical scope of the project of supplying methanol from Methanex plant in Egypt to the Suez Company of Methanol Derivatives (SMD) through a dedicated pipeline.
• The scope of work includes fabrication and erection of the methanol pipeline.
• Installation of the new pump and new valve skid at truck loading area.
• The tie-in of the new pump and tie-in of the instrument air.

Scope of Work: EPC scope includes demolition and re-casting of concrete foundations, replacement of Jet A-1 fuel piping, installation of walkway platforms, CSS system, fire-fighting foam system with monitors and tanks, valve replacement, and civil rehabilitation works.

TRUST for Supplies, General Contracting and Engineering Designs SAE has successfully completed the process of replacing the waste heat boiler with the Egyptian Company for Nitrogen Products “ENPC” affiliated to Mopco in Factory (1) in the free zone in Damietta. During May 2023 and according to the planned schedule with the highest levels of quality, with the praise of the Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPC).

The boiler replacement was successfully implemented due to the good preparation of the preparatory work for the operation, starting from the preparation of the project in January 2023 until the completion of all works in May 2023, as well as full compliance with all standards and requirements of occupational safety and environment.

• DHT - Fabrication of all new Inconel 625 piping spools.
• Erection of all new fabricated spools.
• Temporary Spading & Gaskets Supply for Isolation before cutting, Blinding and blinding activities and Hydrotest performing for five Loops at DHT for material upgrade project.

Install vapor recovery Arm to recover the methanol vapor from the shipping, which is not in compliance with the approved EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment):

1. Dismantle the old loading arm.
2. Install Vapor Recovery Arm.

• Modify the route of fire ring line PCR NO D866581.
• Repair any observed leak in fire ring network including excavation and tests.
• Upgrade the existing fire ring network to be HDPE instead of GRP.

• Develop job & lifting plan.
• Install 1200 m3 scaffold.
• Remove the old insulation.
• Cut and weld 650 inch during the crane is suspended the load.
• Replace the old reactivation by the new reactivation according to the lifting plan.
